We originally went to get just an oil change and the tires rotated. We knew we needed new tires too but had been delaying. While there, Dylan pointed out that our tires were showing signs of dry rot and recommended replacing the tires as soon as possible. So we did. The price was right, with a great discount deal on both the oil change and the tires. They even had the brand we wanted in stock. All with very friendly service and no pressure! Definitely going back to get my next oil change here!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers! I went in today to have my tires rotated, and they were having a tough day. The manager, Billy, kindly asked if I could come back in about 30 minutes. I was happy to do so.When I returned, Billy immediately took my keys, and I waited inside. Not long after, he came to get me and told me my car was all set. When I asked what I owed, he simply smiled and said, “You were so gracious to come back and then waited for us. It’s my pleasure.” He didn’t charge me a dime!This level of customer service is above and beyond. Every single time I’ve come here, the experience has been absolutely flawless. Gene and Chris were a huge help to us! Came in thinking we had to get a new alternator after bring our car to autozone and having them read the code. They found there was just a leak in the boot and it was letting in too much air. Which was why it was throwing the lean code. Saved us hundreds of dollars and were very honest. Honesty is a huge part of any repair shop and goes a long way in a business. We greatly appreciate them!
