Aden was polite and helpful. The oil change was quick and while checking the functioning of the lights noticed the rear tail light was out. They not only changed it but made sure all the connections were good.I have stopped by this facility at different times with car questions and they are always helpful
In the past they would put 7,000 miles on the window sticker as my reminder. Yesterday they wouldn't do that because "the home office won't let us do that any more". Then he proceeded to put only 3,000 miles on the sticker. I questioned it and he said it was corporate's rule. Synthetic oil is supposed to go longer than regular oil, but that is 2,000 less than my car drives before the factory reminder comes on. I think they're trying to get people in there twice as frequently. I'm going to shop around before my next oil change.
Booked an appointment online, showed up on time just to sit in their waiting room for a half hour. The only interaction I had with anyone working there was someone asking me to pull my car up to a bay. No one ever came into the lobby to write up a sales receipt or collect my keys. What is the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be acknowledged or honored? At the very least someone could have come inside to advise me just how much longer I'd have to wait. Ended up leaving without any service and will not be returning.
Terrell met me before I came to the door. I needed an oil change but I have a beetle. EU cars make some uneasy. I was assured many times that they will take care of me. I was talked too through the whole process. They guys are so nice and funny. I was nervous cause every time I get an oil change it's an all day process. Super easy and fairly quick.
The guys are quick and friendly! We always bring all our cars here for oil changes and every repair need. Wayne manages the facility so well and gives trustworthy advice about when to seek a repair and what we could hold off on. He is always willing to give us the best deal he can and makes us feel like family. For a while we were in so regularly with different car issues, so we took to calling him Uncle Wayne! I highly recommend this location of Express Oil!
From the minute I drove up and was greeted by the tech I knew I was in good hands. I asked for some attention to a noise I hear while driving and they tracked it down got the parts in and did a fine job! Thanks, I will be back. Mike B
