While the service was fast and friendly, it was a surprise to see on my invoice that I was given a $36 synthetic oil upgrade without my knowledge. I did not request or was asked about the upgrade prior to service. My total bill was $90...and that was after I used a $15 off oil change online coupon. Regardless of where I go to get an oil change next, I will be asking about the cost and get an understanding of those costs before service begins.

Brandon and his team were very helpful with our oil change and letting us know more about how to maintain and upkeep our car. He offered us water and was very personable. Great experience!

This Express Oil Change is the best in…Alabama!

This Express Oil Change is the best in Alabama. The staff's customer service is terrific, especially Jonathan's. He will do whatever he can to save you money. However, this is the only location where I will get my SUV serviced. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

I’ll never go anywhere else!!!

Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had!! Not to pull an “as a woman” card but the last few places I’ve gone have made me feel so out of place and uneducated as a car owner so I usually bring my boyfriend but I happened to not this time and I was so nervous before going. This place was the exact opposite! They were the kindest, most respectful service workers I’ve interacted with at any oil change ever. Even while the oil change was going on they were awesome about making me feel comfortable and having good conversation. They reminded me of my siblings with their funny, respectful banter not to mention the oil change was even quicker than advertised! I’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone in the area! I wish I asked for names, it was everybody who was clocked in at around 2:15-2:30 on April 3, 2025 :)

BEST location ever!

Always a great experience coming to this location! There was a huge safety concern with my car, and they insisted on doing what they could to help me out on the spot. Thank you to the team, and a special thank you to William who worked on my car!
