I recently shopped at Extra Stores, and I was really impressed by their great selection of electronics and appliances! The staff was super friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. While I’ve heard some chatter about after-sales support being a bit slow, I haven’t had any issues myself. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend Extra Stores for anyone looking for quality items! Five stars from me! ♥️
Worst electronic shop. And worst service. Be carefull customers when u purchase online they are providing only delivery note. They don't provide QR code vat invoices. Cheating to the government bcz they need to pay vat. When we ask they reply we will.send after 24 hours.
Bought a Samsung fold 5, after 13 days the inner screen failed, brought it back to the store in jazan, they staff kindly assisted with sending the phone to hq for repair. Got a report back that there was a scratch on the screen and the warranty was invalid. Firstly I only opened the screen about 20 times there wasn't a mark on the phone, so clearly the service is very poor. I would never recommend purchasing a phone from this company.
I dropped my S23 ultra and the screen was damaged. Visited the Al Raed Extra on King Abdullah road. After 2 weeks they repair it but the fingerprint sensor is not working. I asked for the technician and he was adamant that rebooting the phone will solve it which it didn't. (You cannot back everything up nor drive 2 hours everyday just to follow up on this.) They do not provide any details on what's happening nor they answer their helpline for most of the time. After repeated follow ups accross multiple channels, I've been told it will take another 2 weeks.
I purchased an air conditioner from eXtra (Worood) on 8th July, and while buying they committed that it would be delivered within a week. However, due to some unforeseen reason, I have to go out of the country for urgent purposes. So, I visited eXtra with my friend yesterday, to check if there is any chance to prepone the delivery and installation. They were saying that the delivery will be on 19th. I was shocked to know that while buying they said within a week and now 12 days. I thought of bringing this matter to the attention of the manager and asked for the manager, but nobody was ready to give a responsible answer or allow us to meet the manager, despite our multiple requests. They ill-considered the matter and very badly treated us. It was very disgusting as if we went there to buy something without money. I experience an inordinate delay in my previous purchase as well from the same store. They gave me multiple excuses that time for the delayed delivery, and I thought it happened by chance. Then many of my friends also shared their bitter experience with the eXtra purchase. So it seems it is very common with eXtra. We lost our trust in them.So please be alert and careful with eXtra purchases.
Bought washing machine, it didn't work, they blamed the water pressure and refused to return it and give me a refund. I requested a refund within the 14 day period. They played games and wasted time by sending out people twice to check it and say it works fine and that there is a problem with the water in the house. I had a washing machine working using the same water for many years. Extremely frustrating. Now I have a washing machine that doesn't work and don't know what to do.The customer service people told us when we called that they will come and take away the washing machine. They just try to get you off the phone ....
