Review Time
This feels like a bit of a scam! While the lights are great, I bought a £400 6ft tree that was well advertised, including a video on how to set it up. However, it arrived without a pole, making it useless! It's an additional £150 for the pole, but this was not mentioned anywhere during the purchase process. Very disappointing and dishonest.
I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with customer service regarding an issue with a tree I purchased years ago. The support I received was outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I would gladly buy from this company again and recommend it to others. Thank you!
