I bought a pair of leggings that I absolutely loved the look of. Unfortunately, after only four uses, the fabric already started pilling heavily, and the seam was poorly finished from the start. I always wore them under normal conditions – no Velcro, no rough surfaces, no animal claws (as they accused me of)– yet the wear was visible almost immediately.When I contacted customer service with photos, I was told this was “normal wear and tear” and not a defect. For me, this is simply unacceptable for a product that should last much longer.Poor quality like this is not only frustrating for the customer – it’s also bad for the environment, as it (as well as the company) encourages a throwaway culture and unnecessary waste.It’s a shame, because I genuinely liked the design, but both the quality and the company’s unwillingness to address the issue mean I won’t be purchasing from them again and I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere.Update:They tried to solve the issue by giving me a 20% discount on my next purchase - I’m not sure how that should solve my issue. They ended up offering me to cover most of the cost of a new pair of leggings though a gift card. In the same email they asked me to take down this trustpilot review. I have now ordered a new pair of leggings and hope that these will be better.
Variable sizes, difficult to know what will fit when size M varies from products. One tights in size M fits perfectly, the other is way to big.I have also experienced that the quality varies. Have had a size S tights for four years that still fits and look great. Bought a new tights 1,5 years ago and it lasted 8 months.
Products are true to size and very nice soft, comfortable material. Cross over waist leggings are very flattering, just ordered different color than i usually choose and just changed them on different color. Gonna use on daily basis even tho i got workoutwear lol

So far order not delivered for 14 days . They sent me a link to track the shipment, the record says it had been delivered one month before I raised the order! and it was delivered to Germany whereas I ordered it to Poland. The service desk replied to my first e-mail that there was a mix of tracking number and they would get back soon. They have never came back despite chasing them. And that was not a problem with the tracking number as the shipments hasn't been delivered in a meantime. So I am w/out the products and w/out the money. No more contact from their side. Silence for one week
