Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I received an item as a gift but it was too small. I called to exchange it but was told I needed to have the original buyer call in to return it and pay $10 for it to be shipped back then purchase it again in the requested size. Insane.

Takes a payment but won’t deliver.

Giving them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. I ordered a set of 4 face coverings and my order kept getting delayed now for over 2 months. They sure did take my payment quickly though. They talk about building relationships but how if you can you if you can’t deliver. I WILLNEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER.

I ordered 4 pairs of shorts with emblems on them i had no idea they sold garbage but that’s exactly what I got the emblem is not put on correctly and it looks like someone used a pair of scissors to cut the fabric and had there child help even the draw strings have stitching hanging off them this company is a joke DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Horrible

Horrible. Placed a order and we just moved and I forgot to change address on Apple Pay. I immediately emailed and then called to get shipping address changed and was told it was too far along in shipping to change. It wasn’t even 12 hours. Now I will stop payment on order

After pages of emails, they are giving me very vague answers in returning these shoes.

I would give this product a zero star if possible.Counterfeit Birkenstock shoes that have a terrible offgassing. I wonder how this is legal to make shoes like this-surely it is not.the website is very vague and I would like to return this item but they are making it impossible.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Dodgers sweatshirt in picture sweatshirt was dodger blue . When I got it. It was a faded blue made out of cheap material. Totally sucked won’t buy from them again when it comes to sweatshirt. Hats are ok.

The Birkenstock sold on this website are all counterfeit products. Please do not purchase anything from this company, it is definitely a scam. They provide the poorest products and customer services I have ever seen in my life. I wish there could be a way to sue the company and make sure they would stop tricking people into buying items. I hope this company goes out of business for its dishonesty.

Excellent service

I ordered on 8/27 was told delivery date will be 9/10.. received tracking notice on 8/28 saying delivery date moved up til 9/4..woke up today 8/30 had email saying delivery was set for today..received my items, they are perfect..i will not hesitate to order again or to recommend someone too..keep up the great work!
