Review Time
I placed an order on this website. The order was cancelled few minutes later and the money reinbursed. No reason said. Usually the banks blocks online purchases for safety reasons. This time wasnt the case. The payments went through and I could see them in my bank. I called to costumer services as instructed by cancellation notification. The agent was extremely rude.
My brother purchased a Milwaukee Bucks Giannis jersey for Christmas for me. I have several other jerseys but have always gotten them on the NBA store website. I fit in a Medium and so my brother got me a Large just in case because I don't mind jerseys baggy. When I opened my gift, it was WAY TO SMALL! However, there is no way to do an exchange. I called their customer service number and had to wait about a half hour in order to talk to someone. They informed me that I would have to return the item and then repurchase. They told me to return it in the same packaging and then print out the label. Since this was a gift, I no longer had the box, nor do I have access to the email it was purchased with. I had to ask my brother for all his information and it was this whole ordeal. They did eventually send me an email which I could print off the package labeling and tape it to another random box I had lying around (luckily I had another box lying around). The refund was free but because my brother purchased the jersey when it was on sale for 85 dollars and not the original price of 125 or something like that, I would have to have my brother pay a lot more money for a different size. I brought this up to the person on the phone, because he didn't seem to know what was going on, and replied with, "Oh, I didn't think about that." He then transferred me to someone else who would be able to help. I thought he would have already explained to the other person what had happened but no. I had to go through the entire process of explaining everything all over again to a new person. I eventually received a coupon for a certain percent off (don't remember what it was anymore because this got sent to my brother's email for some reason). I asked the person on the phone if this would then make the jersey the same price my brother bought it as. He said yes. Well when my brother went to purchase a new jersey for me, the coupon only marked it down to 100. So he paid an extra 15 dollars for something just because it was the wrong size and they "don't do exchanges." AND HE HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN!! What kind of company who sells CLOTHING ITEMS especially, doesn't do exchanges? I'm sure this is how they rip people off. They make the sizes extremely small just so you have to return it and pay extra money. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
Ordered a Houston Oilers sweatshirt medium in mens. Recieved Clemson sweatshirt Xl womens. The Houston shirt is now out is stock and i get to pay to return wrong item. You no longer exist as far my wallet and i are concerned. Seen some sorry business practice and customer service but these guys take the cake. NEVER buy anything from here again. EVER.. This company is full of it. When things are working well, it's alright. I got a lot of what I ordered when I expected. I had one item that shipped later and there is something wrong with the shipment. I received an email saying that it shipped on 12/19, but the tracking number only shows that the label was created. Chat doesn't work, there's always high call volume. Every time I give them a call, I receive the same script. It shipped but it takes time for the system to update. They can't tell me anything until after the expected delivery date, which is the longest time frame. They tell their customer service to lie to the customer about FedEx, and how tracking works. They were trying to tell me it's because FedEx reuses their tracking numbers. Okay, yeah, that's it. Tell your customers that the pioneer shipping company recycles numbers after two weeks. It's disgusting. It's sad, because I'm happy with what I got, but then they ruin it completely by treating me like I'm a moron.
I ordered a jersey on December 2nd. The representative that I spoke with said it would arrive in 3-5 days. LIES!! I didn’t receive my order until today. JANUARY 9th. Called multiple times to complain and there was no assistance done for this. I will never order anything else from this site again.
I purchased a shirt for my nephew to give to him for his birthday. I paid 16.00 for “three day” shipping to make sure I received it on time. I did not receive it.. when I called expecting at the very least to be refunded for the shipping.. they acted as though I were incompetent saying that that only insures that the actual shipping process takes 3 days- It takes 4 days for them to actually ship the item. I told them that was very misleading and I no longer need the item. Now they want to charge an additional $9.99 to return the item. So they want me to pay $26.00 for NOTHING! I will never purchase from them again. I wish I had found these reviews sooner.. they have nowhere on their website to leave a review so that should tell you something! Don’t waste your money!
