I order Birkenstock’s and then found out they wouldn’t be authentic. There is no way to cancel your order and I have emailed there “customer service” email twice and have gotten no response. There website is unavailable to get to and it is very misleading. All I want is for them to cancel my order and refund the money. Do not buy from here!
Placed order. Never said it would take 3 weeks for delivery nor did coupon get applied. Sat on hold 47 min and hung up. Called next day and was told I had to cancel within 30 minutes. I was on hold for those 30 minutes I told customer service. They can’t cancel order so I have to return it and lose my shipping money that was supposed to be free. Never will I buy anything from fans edge again!!!!

Got an email from Fansedge advertising their new NFL Face coverings for Covid-19 protection. When I looked at them I wanted one, so I began the ordering process. I was also excited to read that the item would be shipped within 3 to 5 days. Anticipating that quick delivery time I continued with the ordering process. However, after I submitted the order the website said I should expect my order to be delivered by June 22nd. THATS NEARLY TWO MONTHS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER!!!!I tried contacting them but its impossible to get in touch with customer service. I will NEVER purchase another item from this #$@!$% company again, and you would be wise not to do the same.

Ordered a New Era Dodgers Royal Game Low Profile 59FIFTY Fitted Hat and I got an UGLY, damaged, and too small hat instead. Delivery guy even threw it at my door when he dropped it off. The hat looks AWKWARD and definitely doesn’t look like what I saw on the website.

Orders it shows only my order and not my son's yet they took both orders out of my bank account with no problem. I am upset that I cannot track my son's package only my own.
