I ordered a jersey on 4/6 and it says…

I ordered a jersey on 4/6 and it says in the email that my expected delivery is not until July 9 2020. When I click on the order number it says that I have no order history. When I track the order it says the information doesn't match. I was charged $112.34 for this custom jersey and there is no history of it. I am very disturbed and unhappy.

DO NOT BUY

I placed an order for a Nike T-shirt on March 20th. Item was shipped March 23 and didn't receive any updates or emails until I called FedEx on April 6th. FedEx said the item was damaged and was returned to the seller on the 24th. Now the item is out of stock and I wasted 2 weeks waiting for the item to come. Did FansEdge not email me about the shipment being returned because they wanted to keep my money and not send the item? Customer service was very poor and only offered to give me a 30% off coupon (they send those to my email every other day). Fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Refund

A made a purchase from Fansedge/Fanatics on March 22nd and and a few hours later I decided that I really didn't want it. I contacted the seller a few hours later and I asked her to cancel the order. She responded back the order was canceled and she issued a full refund. I have yet to get my money. I have done business with this company for years and this is not my first rodeo with them. I am finished. Don't make the mistake I did,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I know their game, they hold your money so they can make interest on your money. They are not about the Customer!

I never shopped here

I never shopped here. My Amex card has been chard $10 and says its from FANSEDGE COM on the transaction. I obviously reported this to Amex and are looking into it. I think something big is going on here with this site.

The company wants to charge me $9.99 to…

The company wants to charge me $9.99 to return an item. Way to RIP off your customers especially for a sizing issue that is not the customers fault. The size medium ordered in womens clothing was extremely big. I wear size 6 to 8 and a normal womens medium always fit. This tank top was sooo huge there was 4 extra inches in each armpit.

Unable to Cancel Order

I placed an order and realized I ordered the wrong item shortly after. I tried to chat with customer service but it didn't work. So I found a phone number for customer service. When I spoke with customer service, I was told I can only cancel an order within 30 minutes and 31 minutes had passed since I placed my order. This is why Amazon is king. Don't shop here.
