Review Time
Ordered a shirt on September 24 for a gift meant for a Oct 5 birthday. Originally tracking said it would arrive Oct 2...then updated to the 9th. Supposedly the shipment transferred from FedEx to USPS but I no longer have a working tracking# and no sign of my package. (3 weeks after ordering) There is NO customer service available at this site. Still trying to figure out how to get a refund on this missing item. Will not be using this site again.Edited to add - I contacted Fansedge via an email I saw on one of these reviews and did hear back. They offered to reship my order then a couple days later said tracking indicated it would be delivered that day. It did finally arrive almost 4 weeks after I placed the order. They said they would refund my shipping cost to make up for late delivery. I appreciate the eventual customer service but I probably still won't be shopping here in the future.
I ordered a $100 Nike Bo Jackson jersey. It was just the reg game player jersey, nothing special. But it showed up after almost 2 weeks in a clear FansEdge bag without any tags on it. It had creases throughout the heat sealed patches and honestly looked worn. I've never bought a Nike jersey that didn't have 2-3 tags on it. So, they say 30 day hassle free returns, but they only give a partial refund due to the $9.99 return label they deduct. Not very hassle free! So I paid $10 to send them back a jersey that looks like and most likely had been returned before. Never again FansEdge!
I ordered a gift Eagles sweatshirt with this company and the size was too small so I returned it and ordered a larger size. They charged $9.99 for the return label. When I reached out to the company both via email and phone number to request a courtsey refund for this charge since it was an exchange, it was impossible to connect to a person. and the email address came back as an error. When I called on the phone, I was not able to get in touch with a person. The label charge is an unfair and inappropriately high and especially when a person makes an exchange. The fact that they make it challenging to reach a customer service representative is not quality customer service. Other than this complaint, the exchanged sweatshirt arrived in a timely manner and my cc was credited promptly minus $9.99. Be sure to order a size that fits OR order from a site that offers a better return/exchange policy.
Never ordering from them again. Charger me $52 for 2 shirts which were on clearance and total should have been 32.08. I ended up cancelling the order and had to fight for the refund. Found similar shirts somewhere else for even cheaper. Fanatics.com
I ordered a very expensive beer growler from Fans Edge and did not read the reviews until after I placed the order. I grew very worried seeing primarily negative reviews and my tracking number didn't work. Well after a couple of try's, the tracking number worked and I saw my order had been placed. This was a "Manufacturer's Direct" item so it didn't come from FansEdge technically but Fansedge gave me a great discount on it. My order was scheduled to be delivered 2-3 weeks from the order date and it arrived one week after ordering. I received a FedEx tracking number and my order came exactly how it was suppose to. I don't know about shirts or other items from Fansedge but if it says "Manufacturers Direct" then trust it. I'm very pleased and have no complaints. Thank You Fansedge, I understand this is rare
You have plenty of other company options to buy gear from! BEWARE FANS EDGE!Ordered a hat on Sept 29th.. the FedEx tracking info was useless, so I dug through their website for a contact #.. The guy I spoke with didn't seem to understand my anger. You immediately charged my card.. if the item is in stock, today is Oct 6th.. still haven't received. Given all the companies that I can buy from in the future.. it sure as hell won't be Fans Edge.. deplorable service for a first time customer! Turns out my bad review is just one of many.
First and LAST time I will order from them I ordered 3 items. An item for my husband daughter and I. Hoping it would be here in time for football season. Not knowing that it would take almost a MONTH and not only that. Supposedly "FED-EX" Lost part of my order somewhere in Sacramento. I checked to see if my order would be here on time a week before and they assured me it would. Sure enough a week passed by and no goods. All they could do was give me my money back for the item. At least they did that. After waiting that long just to hear I wasn't going to get my item and not even try to replace it with even a different shirt. I'm done with them. They said my item was out of stock. What a Joke of a company!
Bruins Jersey! I odered a birthday present and needed it quickly. FansEdge offered 2 day shipping for an extra $25. I agreed to the charge because I needed the shirt in 2 days. Called to check status today. "Won't be shipping until October 6, 2020." I stated that I wanted my $25 shipping charge put back on my credit card. The gentleman I spoke with said, "I'm sending an email to you right now for your records. Your $25 will be credited in 2-7 business days". (needless to say, I'm still waiting on that email) UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! You had no problem taking the $25 the day I ordered it. Don't offer a service you can't provide then ask the consumer to wait for their money back. Wish I had read all the negative reviews about this company before I ordered. Only praying I see this Bruins Shirt and my $25 refund sooner rather than later. If the negative reviews continue, it may be time to report the company to the Better Business Bureau. And, as I work as an attorney, I can tell you that the $25 is a fraudulent charge. Can't charge for goods and services you can't provide. I understand things are slower with COVID, however, I will say again, don't offer services you can't provide.
