Review Time
I purchased an item that said "Extra Large". This garbage wasn't even close to being "Large". So.... as a Christmas Gift they said I only have to pay 50% of the items value "$10.00" to ship it back to them. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS BIG TIME... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
I put in an order expecting it to arrive by a certain date. I even paid additional for quicker shipping. I decided to do this based off of the time frame provided during the ordering process. When it passed the day the order was supposed to have been shipped, I called in to find out the status. The first agent I spoke with was unable to provide me any information other than the order had been placed. I tried asking why there was no shipping information when it was passed the expected ship date and they were saying it might have been shipped and will arrive when expected. At this point, the line went dead with no response forcing me to call back in.When I called back in, the second agent said the item had not been shipped and was unable to say if it would be able to be shipped that day. At this point I cancelled the order as it would not be arriving when I expected it. I then asked to speak with a supervisor about the experience.The supervisor did say they would address the experience with the first agent. They also offered a 20% off coupon (originally had said 30%, but this was apparently a mistake), which i am not sure I even plan to use. As far as not meeting the expected shipping date, I asked if that is something they are able to look into. The response I received was that they are in the busy season are having issues with delayed shipping. There was no indication that efforts would be made either to fix the delays or adjust expectations. If it were not for this lack of concern for the customer experience, I would be willing to give a review of higher than 1 star.
If I could 0 stars I would. Ordered a Christmas gift for my son on December 8th. Was scheduled to arrive on the 23rd. It did not. Then it was scheduled to arrive today....now delivery date is moved to the 31st. Online chat doesn’t work. Emails not answered. I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone for help. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company. Fansedge are telling me that no refund will be given ‘until the item does not arrive’???? Er...it hasn’t arrived...after 20 days. Way to lose a repeat customer and create more work for me. It is not acceptable to charge me for an item that I don’t have.FOLLOWUP. My post here garnished a response from FANSEDGE who refunded my money. Updated to 3 stars as a result of Fansedge (albeit belatedly) trying to make it right.
Ordered a few things for Christmas. One of the items has a zipper issue so I need to return it. After waiting online for several hours each day on Thursday and Friday, I FINALLY got in touch with a representative! Your motto online states that Customer Service is important to you and if your customer is not satisfied after contacting Customer Care, you have not done your job. Well...you better take a closer look at that. Absolutly no attempt at all was made to make the customer happy. All I wanted was for you to send a new jacket (this was a Christmas gift I gave to someone and I felt bad because we have to send it back...I never complained about that, as we all know things sometimes happen). I ordered an XL and since I already had to return it because of the zipper issue, my nephew asked if I could reorder it in a Large as it ran very big. Customer Service would not send the exact jacket in an L...they would only resend it in an XL.. Why. Just Why? It would not cost them anything at all to send a Large vs an XL and considering I am the one who gave a defective gift maybe they could make it easier for me and make it right. Just to be clear I was asking for the exact same jacket in the exact same color in a L instead of the XL. Would not have cost them a thing to provide a tiny bit of Customer Service considering. Wont be ordering from them again.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY! HUGE BIG NO!Wow - I am incredibly upset with Fansedge. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes to talk to a representative. Their online chat NEVER works and they COMPLETELY LACK customer appreciation. I need to cancel my order and no one is picking up. This is not acceptable. THIS is why people turn to Amazon and more reliable and user friendly websites. Their website is not clear and never working when needed to speak to an online agent. Please get with the program fansedge. It's almost 2020. People order online and expect fast service. Also - there should be no need to charge a send back fee on returns. Is this why you have your online chat not working? To avoid canceling orders? Shame on you fansedge.
I placed an order on December 12. Part was shipped immediately, but the shirt that I really need had a delivery date of December 30. Now, it’s been changed to January 2nd. Three week delivery is unacceptable. What should I tell my nephew about his Christmas gift?———————————-I received a message in response to this review, apologizing and offering a gift certificate. I’m changing the review to two stars, but I still don’t have the shirt. Now it’s scheduled for delivery on January 4.
I ordered my stuff on the 24th in the morning called back and changed to 3-day shipping received an email from them stating I would not have my items until January 8th. I called them and the representative said we don't count weekends on 3 days shipping. It's 3-day shipping that's why u pay the extra money, oh and I can't cancel my order I can send it back. This is why I use Amazon 3 days is 3 days. Never again order from fans edge.
