Bait and switch

I used their online site, they charged me 1.4 Canadian to send one fax that I agreed to, then a few days later charged 28 dollars for a subscription I never agreed to and now won't answer. Seems like a scam.

Basically an internet scam

Just know this company's entire business model is basically a scam ... they dupe you into 48 hours of a "$0.99 trial" before they charge your credit card $20+ for their "subscription plan" for sending faxes and you pay $20 to send one fax. I would never use this service for light use and their address is bogus and phone customer service non existent. Just another internet scam.

FRAUDULENT

The one fax I used this service for, was fine. After that, they continue to charge $29.95, plus it's overseas so there's a transaction fee for changing the currency. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
