Do not use this service. It is a SCAM. Offers a very low cost, only to charge you$19.95 subscription 3 days later. I saw no indication of a monthly service.My fax was never sent. I had to cancel my credit card to make sure no new charges are added.JO

These people shouldn’t even have a one…

These people shouldn’t even have a one star. This is a scam. Be aware you think that you are being charged $.99 for one fax, and after 48 hours they charge $19.95. Addition to that they charged me three days later an additional $19.95, no working phone number. I am now disputing with my credit card company as well as I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau who also has this company on a scam list.

Biggest scam out there. Run Away

Paid 99 cents for 1 fax. then an unauthorize charge if 19.95 appears on my credit card. The website gives you no way to contact them. They have been labelled as scammers.Google it . I should have.

Total scam

Total scam. Like other users I paid $0.99 for the trial, there was never any information about any subscription. My bank contacted me when they charge me additional $28 without authorisation. I went to their site again and I'm suddenly "subscribed" to the premium plan.
