scam bad business fraud.

I thought it was $0.99 for a fax I sent 3 faxes and only 2 went through. Then I get billed $19.99 the next day. I have reported Faxlyapp.com to the better business bureau, ReportFraud.ftc.gov. This is a scam.

Not up front about charges

I thought it was $0.99 for a fax and then get billed $19.99 the next day. Looked at my account and it said I was subscribed but didn't list any dollar amount I'd be charged. Hmmm. Bank called me about a possible fraud charge, which I did have them block. I then canceled my account with this app. On top of that, the person I sent my fax to says they never got it.
