Been waiting over 30 days for a refund, over 30 days. A horse and buggy could've delivered this in 1890 quicker. This company is a joke. 1 Star, refund me and I might update the review.Filled a BBB review, called them, emailed them, messaged them on the app. Uffffffffffffff, such a bad experience.That moment you realize they're using everyone else's money to make money. Imagine if you will you deposit $1,000 at 30 day return to you with an interest rate of let's guess 5%, they just made $50 by your money working for them instead of working for you. Also, it only took a bad review to finally get noticed... If the below explanation was all it was, why did they block me from there app? That's just bad business practice all around.***Received my refund finally, day 42... Lesson learned the hard way. Never ever doing this again with this company***

Federal had a property listed. Property was listed by a realtor as a short sale and legiterlaly sold for $220000. Federal STILL has it listed starting at $5000. I believe federal just takes people's deposits and hope they will give up wanting deposit back.
I have tried multiple times to purchase a property through Federa. It’s the same result every single time. You put in a very descent offer especially considering you don’t get to see the property before closing and then you wait and wait. Once the bidding stops which you don’t get to see in real time so there is no way to adjust your offer accordingly, a sign pops up that says “reserve not met.” So these homes up for auction on Federa basically want close to full price for a distressed, foreclosed property you have no way to see before closing as 99% of the homes don’t allow for it. You could wind up paying more than the actual value of the house after you make repairs. Who would do this??
Overall my experience was business like. You have to be patient and understand the process takes time. Just be patient!!!But at the end my funds were returned as promised. I read many negative results, but I can tell you they are legit and Emma was very helpful and provided results and helped me trust and believe my money would be returned as many have believe otherwise. So I would like to give them a 5 star. Thank you
I read through Federa's refund policy carefully, and asked several questions prior to using this auction site. I must say that Federa honored their return policy, which states it could take up to 30 days for a refund to be completed. When I reached out to Federa's Finance department, requesting a status on my refund of 8,000, my call was returned and the date given for my refund was exact. Thank you, Federa.
If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT EVER give your money to this fake app/site. I've contacted Zillow, BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals, DBPR, the actual police, lawyers, etc. and FINALLY got my refund back over 3 months later (where their terms state "up to 30 days"). I contacted nearly every day without ever getting a hold of anyone at the company. They lied to the BBB twice saying it was sent and then fell silent to them too. It was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I lost hundreds of dollars I would have otherwise accrued in interest. They need to be shut down, period. Artin Afsharjavan is a scam artist. I feel sorry for the people who don't have the time to harass them like I had to. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
