NO REFUND - I have been waiting for my $10,000…

I have been waiting for my $10,000 refund since July. They kept telling me "tomorrow" and "high priority" and "critical" ticket just to push me off. Now, they aren't returning my calls, emails, and when I call and stay on hold, after 45 minutes of waiting, they hang up. The automated responses on this page are bogus. They say it's been resolved but it hasn't. This is such a scam!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

I never will use again this app and am not recommend to anyone either, they refuse to refund my deposit. I been over two months now calling and texting to get back my money and they always tell me different history..I made have to contact to an attorney though.
