Another case of not receding my deposit back. I requested my 30,000 deposit back July 10th, and am yet to receive it. I can’t get anyone on the phone or receive a response to an email. Has anyone with this issue actually gotten their money back?

I made a rather large deposit to my account in hopes of purchasing a home through this company. It's been more than 3 months since a refund has been issued, yet is continuing to await approval. I have attempted multiple ways to reach someone for an update, and all I receive is the run-around. Do not use this company; they do not stick to integrity, and now I have no other option than to pursue legal action. I have been requesting my $5000 deposit to be refunded for over a month now, I made multiple calls and emailed their finance department several times, no response on my email, the customer service phone line each time after long music hold wait told me it will be processed in a couple days, but nothing happening still after a month. We need to hold this business responsible.
