I engaged a glazier who did not understand warranties but waved his FENSA certificate at me. I told him this was not a warranty and covered customers only in case of his insolvency. I reported this to FENSA and asked why they approve traders who have no idea what FENSA does. I received no response after three letters. Seems that FENSA and ignorant traders are well matched.
The member staff Alistair was very helpful. I needed a support doing application, insurance and other paper work. He guided me all the time, and was given excellent service. 10/10 very satisfy. def recommend.
Enquired re a copy certificate. Swiftly dealt with by a very pleasant gentleman who was both polite and clear in his advice. We had passed the period of a free replacement and were directed to the website where we would be able to purchase. Gave me time to write down the website address and explained what information to provide.Would recommend using them again
I contacted FENSA for support following issues with window installation from a large window company as I was unable to resolve directly with them. A representative visited my property to inspect the windows and promptly contacted the company. They supported me in getting the issues resolved and maintained communication with me throughout.
