We have just relocated our 2 greyhounds to Singapore using Fetchapet and it is the best money we have spent! Paula has been fantastic, very knowledgeable and always responsive to emails, so I felt reassured that things would go smoothly. Having an experienced agent has been invaluable in sorting any issues with paperwork etc, and having the peace of mind from their support was priceless. We received photos of the dogs in their airline crates and they looked comfortable and not stressed. When they arrived after their 13 hour flight they were in great condition and seemed surprisingly unbothered after their experience! 100% recommend to use these, in conjunction with Jason's Pet Relocation at the Singapore end, as these 2 agents worked really well together.

Initially it felt like a daunting prospect to ship the family's beloved dog Maddie from Scotland to New Zealand but everything worked out really well in the end. Emma + Sally prepared a comprehensive plan which conformed with all aspects of the UK and NZ legislative procedures. So much excitement and cuddles when we collected Maddie from quarantine exactly on the date that Emma and Sally had forecast 6 months before. Outcome = very happy family + dog!!

I just finished shipping my 2 dogs from the UK to Dubai with fetchapet and I have to say that Paula and her team were outstanding. It’s a very stressful and daunting experience and I was not looking forward to it. Fetchapet held my hand from start to finish, taking all the stress out of the experience. I was actually in Dubai at the time so they had a lot to coordinate but their attention to detail and their professionalism were outstanding. They literally did everything and made sure I understood things every step of the way. They really cared for the dogs when they were in their care and just made the whole thing less stressful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would thoroughly recommend Fetchapet to look after your fur babies. 10/10 service
Very reassuring service, Sally, Nick & team was excellent, really reassured us that our puppy that was travelling to Taiwan would be okay. They collected her from Wales cared for her for the day before her flight completed all paperwork and then safety got her to Taiwan. They did an excellent job, very professional caring and considerate to owners and pets. Would recommend.
