A great company, with great caring staff. We all get a little bit nervous when we transport our furry friends overseas, but absolutely no need if you use fetchapet. They are pet lovers and take the upmost care in the transportation and documentation. All I can say is thank you very much, my dog and I are now living half the way around the world, in my idea of paradise
Fetchapet has been a wonderful company to work with in relocating our two oriental cats all the way from the UK to Bangkok, Thailand. The process did take some time to organise, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, but throughout the whole journey Fetchapet was clear with their guidelines and even recommended other trusted companies to help us with important permits and health certifications.I worked closely with Sally from Fetchapet, who was extremely attentive to all of my questions and helped reassure us that our cats were in safe hands. Her support really made a stressful process much easier to manage.Today, our cats were delivered safely to our apartment, door to door. They were, of course, exhausted after the long journey, but otherwise in good condition. They were picked up in the UK at 06:30am on the 2nd of August and arrived in Bangkok on the 3rd of August at 11:00am. We used plastic crates, (they were large, and you keep them) with plenty of space and a water dispenser. After arrival, they were transported directly to us. One of our cats did pee inside the box, but the crate was lined with absorbent padding, which kept them comfortable.Now both cats are happily settling into their new home, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Fetchapet (and Relo4Paw (Sabrina - who was in charge of import permits) for their support on the ground here in Bangkok) if you want peace of mind and for your pets to arrive safely fetchapet will take care of everything!
Rachel and the whole team were fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure our situation was addressed, Annie our dog was taken care of, and all with minimum stress. We were able to completely rely on them for all of the admin to ensure a seamless journey for her. While she was in their care we were receiving multiple updates and photos of her (clearly having an amazing time). I can’t praise them enough! Thank you!
In one word: Perfect! We imported a puppy from England to Bermuda. Fetchapet handled everything- and absolutely perfectly! We had never done this before but Sally walked us through everything. She was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly, all documents were spot on. We worried because we had never done anything like it before, but we didn't have to. As I said above, everything was just perfect. (This review is too long. It would have been sufficient with the first word - perfect!)Highly recommended!
We’ve used Fetchapet twice now, one for a relocation to Kuwait and then for relocation to Norway. They were absolutely fantastic during both moves. The first move was particularly complicated but Fetchapet coordinated with the import company in Kuwait and the airlines to make sure our dog and cat could travel together. On both moves when there has been issues with flights during transport but Fetchapet have kept us aware of what was happened and made sure that the pets were put the next flight. They truly care about the animals too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and already have done to several people moving their pets abroad.
Between the excellent correspondence and care of our two pups, for four months, my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to take care of them. We also had smooth sailing through the pups flights from the UK to St Helena Island.
What an absolutely amazing team!! From start to finish they were incredibly informative and reassuring. We received all the information we needed to relocate our dog and in good time to get him to Australia- I cannot fault the communication. Our dog had to stay with Rachel, Mel and Nick before his flight for four days and they looked after him like one of thier own with lots of pics and videos of him on walks looking happy! I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you all for the kindness you have shown our boy
Fetchapet were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and always quick to respond to questions. They guided us through what could have been a stressful process and made everything feel straightforward.
