I contacted Fetchapet, initially comms were with Emma, about a year before my wife and I emigrated to Thailand. I had numerous questions on several occasions, to which I received friendly and knowledgeable answers. When it came to seeing the facilities that Fetchapet have, it put my mind at ease knowing that they were a competent and responsible company who I could trust to look after our cats, Max and Jessie. The crate used was more than adequate and I was reassured they would travel in comfort. Leading up to the travel date, Rachel was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Within a couple of hours of landing in Bangkok, we were reunited with our feline friends. I would highly recommend Fetchapet if you are looking to relocate with pets.
Rachel and the team have been absolutely fantastic! We were struggling to find a company to organise the transportation of our dog from the UK to Gibraltar - but thankfully discovered Fetchapet. Rachel has invested a lot time into helping us, as the process was fairly complex. Rachel kept me updated throughout the transportation process and I was thankful to receive an email letting me know that our dog was checked-in for her flight and doing well. We are incredibly grateful to the team at Fetchapet and would highly recommend them!
I would highly recommend Fetchapet.! My Labrador Dexter has just spent one month with them in preparation for him to join us in China. Relocating during the pandemic has been very stressful for us as a family and when a pet is involved it complicates things. My worries snd concerns were short lived though when Dexter went to Fetchapet . The care and attention that Emma , Rachel and their team gave to Dexter was wonderful . Any queries were answered quickly and efficiently and I had regular updates with photos which was very reassuring . A very professional team that I would not hesitate to use again.

We have just used Emma and the team at Fetchapet to transport our Airedale Charlie from the UK to New Zealand. Emma kept us informed at every stage of the process and Charlie had a lovely couple of weeks stay at their kennels in the UK. She answered all my questions and reassured us of the care that Charlie would receive and we weren’t disappointed. We needed help getting our dog Biscuit from UK to NZ - not an easy task during a global pandemic! Fetchapet were incredible... so professional, knowledgeable, adaptable and supportive. Emma and Rachel were on top of the process the whole time, even as covid changed rules for airlines etc, they were always calm and able to reassure us. Biscuit's move went smoothly and we were so happy to be reunited in NZ on New Years Eve. I highly recommend Rachel, Emma and the team at Fetchapet!
After our beloved Mum recently passed, my brother and I could not imagine finding a good enough home for her beautiful cat, Dolly.We reached out to Fetchapet Ltd to investigate having her fly back to my home in Canada with me. As it happened, Rachel and her team made the whole process very simple. They had a very short window in which to work, about 10 days, but were very efficient and organized the trip seamlessly. They ensured we had all of the correct documentation and were punctual in picking her up and taking her to the airport on the day of departure. Dolly travelled on the same flight as my daughter and I and we collected her on our arrival at Toronto airport. She was calm and relaxed. I cannot thank these people enough as it is such a blessing to have such a special part of my mum still with us. Fetchapet may be a business, but they are by no means impersonal. Their attention to detail and the manner in which we were treated by them throughout was exemplary.
So grateful for the help, care and advice the Fetch-a-Pet team provided! They were kind, knowledgeable, provided quick replies and helpful advice. We could not have gotten our little girl over to Singapore without them. Highly highly recommended.
I CANNOT speak highly enough of them. Despite coping with a global pandemic they made the process of transporting our cat to NZ completely stress free!! They also looked after him in their cattery for 6 weeks until he could travel and provided regular updates which showed they treat the animals with love and affection and get to know their personalities. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to transport animals from the UK.
