Review Time
I want to express my gratitude to the team for the safe transport of our two dogs. From the beginning, nothing was too much trouble. They picked up our dogs from home and took them to the kennels for checks. They had plenty of space to exercise, and I received wonderful pictures and videos. The care provided was exceptional, especially as one dog can be difficult to feed. They went above and beyond, and both dogs arrived healthy. Thank you!
An amazing company, for whom nothing was too much trouble. l was delighted when they said they would drive all the way up to Co. Durham to collect my feral cat who arrived uninvited into our garden over a year ago, but now is domesticated, but wary of strangers, which is why l was worried that he would not settle into his cattery with Fetchapet. lt took a while, and a lot of patience, which was awarded by happy photos of him in his new room. Having been a picky eater, his new carers said he ate anything he was given! When the time came for Puss to be carted off to Heathrow, where Fetchapet waved him off on his flight to Thailand. When he arrived after his 12 hour journey, he was happy to be back with us, and has settled well into his new home. Fetchapet deserves every star in the book.
Rachel & the staff at Fetchapet were just fantastic. No matter how many times I phoned them with questions and/or needed help, they were there for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. My Hungarian Vizsla Brody was picked up by Nick, who reassured us Brody would be fine and that we probably would get fed up with photos and voice notes/messages they would send. True to Nicks words we got lovely little videos, photos and voice notes/messages via a WhatsApp group. A teary goodbye to our boy knowing we would not see him until beginning of December. (10 days in quarantine for Australia) Nick felt like a friend reassuring us with a hug before driving off with Brody. I never had to worry about him at all as I could see how happy he was in their care. I have read other peoples reviews and cannot better express any more than those already written. Thanks so very much Rachel and all the staff at Fetchapet. I just was so lucky I picked the right people to export our precious cargo and care for him while he boarded with them.
It was very important to get me doggies over to Thailand from the UK in the most stress free way, for them and me, as possible.I had lots of questions and concerns but by starting the process early enough and discussing everything with Fetch-a-Pet, it all went perfectly.I cannot stress the importance of starting the process early.I am suggesting a minimum of 6 months prior to your planned departure. Fetch-a-Pet gave brilliant advice and I was able to get everything in place. Including things I did not realise I had to do.
Rachel was amazing and we couldn't have relocated our cat from the UK to Australia without her. From helping me feel rest assured about cargo travel to guiding us through each step, to making sure Joey got to his flight safely, Rachel took a huge weight off my shoulder. Great knowledge and everything went smoothly, even with an anxious, reactive kitty. Joey is now settling into his new Aussie life. Thank you!
