We have used Fetchapet twice now for assisting with the transportation of our dog between Bermuda and the UK. Emma and the team are so knowledgeable and reassuring, it makes the whole thing less stressful! Paula and team were very helpful in answering my questions on all the ins and outs that I needed to know prior to Gandalf's flight. There was a slight hiccup when getting the EHC at the initial vet appointment, which we agreed can be avoided with a simple phone call. The Fetchapet team remained very professional about the whole experience and even promptly help to get a last minute appointment with another vet on the same day - their efforts and concern helped eliminate the anxiety I had leading up to the big move!
Fetchapet are absolutely amazing! We used them to relocate our cats Gloria and Rocco from London to New Zealand and were so impressed. If I could give 10/5 stars if I would! Transporting your loved pets across countries is a massive decision. From my first enquiry about moving my cat from England to New Zealand, Fetchpet were brilliant. I had many emails and calls with them with lots of queries and every person I spoke with handled it with warmth, patience and lots of knowledge. The logistics of transporting pets is a quagmire and they are experts in this. Where they came into their own was the level of care they gave my cat. They went above and beyond to ensure he was happy, healthy, comfortable and at ease. I was already in New Zealand and to know my cat was being this well looked after took a huge weight off my shoulders. I will always remember the kindness they showed my cat and by proxy me. I can't recommend Rachel, Sally, Emma and all at Fetchapet enough. They really love animals and love reuniting them with their owners.
I could not recommend this team enough. I imported a French Bulldog and British shorthair from the UK to Australia. I had requested quotes from a couple of other companies and was instantly rejected as snub nosed dogs were in the too hard basket, not for fetchapet though. Australia having very strict import standards seemed very overwhelming, when I contacted Fetchapet they made everything so seamless. The team is friendly professional and very thorough. They picked up on vet work that they had incorrect dates, which even I didn't notice. My pets were in boarding too and I had regular email updates, they spoke about my pets like they were their own, with so much affection. Fetchapet made our pets move so stress free. Fetchapet are phenomenal.
