I didn’t get the bike, waited long time to get my refund

I didn’t get the bike and it took them around 18 days to send me my refund.As you can read in the reviews below, the process is almost all the time the same. Firstly, they say they need 3-5 working days to deliver the bike (even though it says on the website delivered next day!!) then they need more time to negotiate with the supplier and then supplier doesn’t have the bike and you gotta wait up to 14 working days to get your refund.They never pick up the phone.I want to attract police attention to that website. Why are they still allowed to legally operate? If you were also fooled by those scammers, please fill in digital report for the Dutch police. We need to attract their attention to this

I purchased a bicycle through their website on 04/03/2024, I did not receive a confirmation email for the purchase, I immediately contacted them, they told me that there is no problem, it's fine. Then they wrote to me that they don't have the model, and since then until today 17.25.2024 I have been chasing them to get the money back without successThey answer pleasantly, telling stories that this is another account, that it takes time..... but getting money back - did not happend

It's been +6 months. You can find my previous comment under ''Bestelling 11482'' subject below.Few months ago, they finally confirmed that they would fix my bikes. Gave date but nobody showed up. Again gave a new date for fixing, again when the date came, nobody showed up.Later, They threatened me and told me: ``THEY WILL FIX MY BIKE, ONLY IF I REMOVE MY COMMENT IN TRUSTPILOT'' You can call them as MAFIA, THIEVES, or anything else but NOT A BICYCLE SELLER.I have bought two bikes from them via online shop, one is rubbish in my garage ever since first day, other one is useless. 2 times brought to repairman.I have been keeping emails. If needed, I can share them all.
