Great Service

Just had Dean to service our fridge. He sorted a blocked drain, cracked ice tray and relocated the water filter to make it easy to access. He also told me about features on the fridge I didn’t know about even though we’ve had it for 12 years!

Brilliant service - Happy Customer

Brilliant service from Steve and Andrei. They introduced themselves, were mindful of the property using covers etc. They removed the old extractor and installed the new one efficiently. Finally they took the time to explain how the new extractor works. Top class service that only enhances the Fisher & Paykel brand.

Fisher Paykel 5 star service

Adam arrived promptly and proceeded to explain what he was going to do and how he would resolve any issues. He was courteous and respectful of my house and equipment. Adam quickly diagnosed the issue, a faulty fan, replaced and tested it extremely efficiently. He gave some excellent advice in relation to product use and care. I would recommend fisher paykel and Adam, as my experience was 100% positive.
