Review Time
From the time of booking until the end of Ash's visit where he fitted a new fan to our 6 year old fridge freezer was a total of about 5 hours. Fisher and Paykel's online booking system is excellent and Ash was a great advertisement the company. He came exactly when the text messages I'd received from the company said he would arrive and he worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently.
I had some issues with my Fisher Paykel French Door Fridge Freezer. An appointment was made for 6/5 but then I got a text to say a cancellation had come up and they could now come 1/5 The Technician who attended was Adam Smith tech 126 he arrived promptly did the repair efficiently and tidily. Thank you
I have the drawer dishwasher. Very noisy, (the pump wakes up my dog so I can’t run it at night) and doesn’t clean very well. I had them out to see what the issue was, and they told me the eco setting is only for clean dishes and to use the medium at a minimum. It is still hit and miss whether it cleans or not. They also said not to use the tray bits at the side as whatever is underneath will block the water spray. I wish I had bought another Miele. I often wash by hand now as I don’t trust it to leave the dishes clean.
I absolutely love my new appliances and I have to give a special shout out to Chris & Wayne, they were incredible when delivering our appliances today and got the fridge up the stairs and into the flat for us - I’d had a very different delivery from another supplier and the left me outside my flat with a bath tub own to carry a inside myself! They also gave me some extra cardboard to help me protect my floor as I mentioned I forgot floor protection. Wonderful guys and an incredible service from the fisher paykel delivery team!
Connor and Eddie were very polite and capable. They removed the dishwasher and installed another but it has not resolved the issue. Connor agreed that the fan was too low on the left of the top drawer. I’m sure by F&P will get to the bottom of this and sort it for me. They have been an excellent company to deal with in this unusual situation.
Adam Smith the Fisher and Paykel technician sorted out my fridge freezer. All communications with F&P were exceptional and Adam in particular. He kept me in the picture of when he was going to arrive, once on site he methodically went through all possible problems. Having identified the problem he sorted it out very efficiently and gave all other potential problem areas the once over. I’m one very happy customer and would absolutely recommend Adam for any Issues you may with F&P appliances (in the unlikely event of there being a problem with any F&P product.
