Amazing company to deal with - excellent customer service and was kept fully informed, even with a last minute change to my appointment. Our technician Dean was a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous and friendly. He confidently diagnosed and fixed the issue for us and even took the time to explain all the features of the fridge freezer. One very happy customer.

Exceptional after sale service

The oven function selector knob was spinning freely on my built in oven. This meant I was unable to switch the oven on to use it. I booked an F&P engineer to attend and was thrilled to then be offered a much earlier appointment. Engineer Paul arrived, he listened to my explanation of the sympton and, like a proper detective, he solved the fault in double quick time. I cannot recommend F&P highly enough. The 5 year guarantee and the quick after sale service is exceptional. Engineer Paul is a very knowledgeable man, friendly and kind. We'll done Fisher & Paykel 👏
