We had a faulty/dripping water filter housing, contacted customer services and explained the issues, luckily the refrigerator was still in warranty. Customer services were very quick in dealing and arranging a service engineer to come out to diagnose and replace the faulty part. Dean the engineer was very informative and carried out the work to a very high standard.
Extremely helpful and friendly, Trevor came to help fix the issue we had with our fridge. Worked out within 5 minutes the initial instalment was done incorrectly from the water tap. He answered all the questions we had regarding the fridge to help put us at ease.
Robin rang me to ask whether he could arrive early, as he was ahead of schedule. He sorted out the problem with my microwave at once and told me what to do were it to recur. He was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have in my home.

He was calm, friendly. efficient and really customer focussed.My problems with the fridge were completely resolved and he explained all issues that the appliance was having and then proceeded to resolve them all.
