As a craftsman, I've relied on this service for the past 3 years... my first choice for stunning mirrors crafted to the millimeter. The website is very easy to navigate. Prices for mirrors and delivery are competitive, and production is quick. A truly professional service with a personal touch. Good communication with the delivery person, who even helped me carry a large mirror into my home because he was concerned. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!
Unsatisfactory service, avoid! They wasted my time and were rude. I requested a full-size mirror replacement. They asked for numerous pictures and emails for quotes but never responded. Then they claimed they didn’t have time for quotes and refused to do the job because it was too risky without reviewing the videos I sent. They spoke to me disrespectfully and then accused me of being rude. Very unprofessional behavior! Avoid if you don’t want to waste your time.
The mirrors arrived sooner than expected, and the delivery driver took the time to carry them inside. They came without any damage, fit perfectly, and look amazing! Communication throughout the process (cutting, delivery expectations, etc.) was also very good.
The mirror is of excellent quality and the service was very prompt. Just a couple of minor issues: During payment, it advertised a discount for using a specific payment service, but it only offers potential discounts on future orders, along with a lot of spam. The delivery was curbside, and the driver was quite put out when I asked for help carrying the mirror inside. It lacked protective covering, risking damage until it reached its final position.
All good, very helpful when I placed my order, delivered as promised, directly to my furniture maker. The delivery person had a bit of trouble locating the workshop (which is common), but he called my contact number and found it. The beveled mirrors were spot on.
No information or communication about the delivery for a simple mirror order. I sent emails and made calls, but no delivery date was provided. Extremely poor customer service. Still waiting for a small mirror ordered on May 22, 2025.
