Caitlin was friendly, professional and extremely patient as I couldn't make up my mind over seat allocation! The other team members chipped in with helpful advice. I probably wasn't the easiest of customers to deal with due to route and stops that were required but Kiri was very patient and we got there in the end. I could have got the same itinerary a few hundred pounds cheaper if I had not delayed in making a decision but this was my faulult and not Kiri's. Very professional and this gives me a bit more confidence rather than booking through Expedia myself. Overall a good experience and we arte looking forward to our Kiwi trip in April. Thanks

We have used Flight Centre now to help us plan two different road trip style holidays. They have listened to our objectives and budget and come up with really great travel options and hotels that I would never have found. The latest trip included Miami, Key West, Fort Myers, Clearwater, Tampa and Orlando. The Tony Hotel in Miami and The Palms in Key West were fantastic locations with real history, heritage and character. The consultation, planning and booking was simple and efficient. We did all our booking remotely with Michelle from their Horsham office.
