I have booked 2 travels with Liz Hansell, soon to be 3 and I could not recommend her enough. I have booked travels to Australia for a month and a 3 month trip round south east Asia. She is incredible. She works above and beyond for us. She even helped create a specific itinerary for us as I found the current one too complex and she helped simplify it down to exactly how I needed. I will never use anyone else or another company again. She deserves all the credit possible for people like us who travel 24/7.
I made first call regards my trip to Australia and spoke with Hannah Holzer at Richmond by telephone. The flights and stop overs were excellent. Everything I requested Hannah made easy and straight forward. Excellent timings. Always answered my questions quick via email and was very patient. Excellent price as I did do my research with other companies and Hannah and Flight centre were the best flights and price . Thanks Hannah and be in touch regards the hotel. It’s so nice talking to someone and having excellent customer service xxxx
We were recommended to speak to Scarlett from Flight Centre to help with our American road trip. Scarlett could not have been more helpful in helping us plan flights, accommodation, car hire, day trips and even extra requests like additional baggage. Everything we needed she took care of it for us and made our trip of a lifetime so so special. She kept us updated on anything that we needed to do and even emailed us updates while we were on our holiday ref our day trips and flights home. Fab service! I spoke with both Mark Lawrence and Ben Hogan over the course of a few days and they were extremely helpful in solving my multi-city flight conundrum! Including putting flights on hold while we coordinated with my sisters who had different requirements & destinations on their itinerary... The end result is perfect as they have even managed to book us seats together on the one flight we all share - despite being booked at different times! Definitely wouldn't have achieved that without Flight Centre. Thank you guys!
