Nina was fantastic!!!! Planning the holiday with her was more pleasing than the holiday. We had a fantastic time in NYC. BUT Nina made the planning and answered all our questions easy. They Sold me a ticket a Year in advance and told me it was first class { £780} Bargain i thought ? 8 moths later got the Tickets and they were 300 pound crap tickets ? the women who had sold the bent tickets mrs KERNS ? Remember that Name pretended she was a man too fill in the paper work , when i demanded my money back i was arrested for Threatening behaviour and fined £900 ? TOSSERS ....

My boyfriend has the same name as his father, not something we thought would be an issue however after purchasing 5 tickets for a family holiday and providing all passenger details, when we got to the airport we were told there was only 4 bookings. The staff at the airport found the booked ticket for my boyfriend but as it had no name attached to it we couldn't board the flight. We were put on a flight out the next day only to turn up to the airport to find out he only had a ticket for half the journey and we would have to go through the whole process again when we got to China. This has caused unnecessary stress and ruined the first few days of our trip.
