Catrina was really helpful during the booking process and suggested something we would not have considered without her expertise. The quotes etc were prompt for the holidays and the accompanying we booked via the Flight Centre was fantastic and a highlight of the trip.We have been provided with useful info pre the holiday regarding paperwork required which all ensured a smooth trip.We have felt able to reach out to Catrina at any point regarding the booking which has been re assuring. We will without doubt book with the flight centre again and would certainly request the support of Catrina with this process.
Caitlin was amazing from the initial contact right through to booking. We were unsure exactly what we wanted but Caitlin put together a starting package (multi destinations) which we then worked with her to adjust to our needs.We chose to make initial contact via phone then visited the store. The whole process was easy and really informative. Would definitely recommend.
Michelle was really polite, kind and very willing to help me organize my flight to Nice, France. It wasn't far but I had many fears and she completely removed them, dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's too. She knew the workings of EasyJet, and exactly what was needed and how they worked. When it came to the traveling, everything worked like magic, all her preparation and words came to fruition, the documentation intact, and I had an amazing time. As a traveler herself, I felt she knew my anxieties so had a very empathic nature to help me, (at 75 years, many irrational fear had crept in for me!!). I wish her a long and happy career in this business and with her incredible travels too. Thank you !!
I recently worked with Imogen Kerr to organise a 16-day family trip to Disney World, covering flights, accommodation, car rental, and Disney tickets.
