I contacted Flight Centre as I was looking to book a multi centre trip, and I had used them a few years ago and they were great. This year after contacting FC, Liz Hansell was the advisor who replied back to me. I suggested a period of the year that we’d like to holiday in SE Asia and she came back with flights and hotels which over the weeks we came to the itinerary of Bali, Singapore and Thailand. Liz was very knowledgeable and came back with some great ideas. Flights, hotels and transfers, all agreed, all booked It was just a fantastic, simple and more importantly enjoyable experience. We have been using flight centre for over 5 years for both business and family travel. This year we went to Thailand, Koh Samui with flight centre. In short they were brilliant. The travel agents in our local store know our preferences, dietary requirements for the flights, our preferred airport to travel from, they helped us choose accommodation that perfectly fitted our preferences... With a beautiful beach resort and adjoining villas for us and the kids in traditional Thai style. Little things like Airport transfers included make a difference and knowing we can call them 24hrs a day if we have any bumps along the way. While it might sound a bit cliche, When we travel with flight centre we know we are in safe hands and can really trust them to help us have the best trip! thank you flight centre. My online request for assistance was answered in minutes by the charming & cheerful Nina BennewitzIn less than 25 minutes my flight was selected, paid for & an located seat on the side all arranged. It was a pleasure from start to finish
Big thank you to Rachel Everett at Flight Centre for organising our flights to Australia and New Zealand. Everything ran smoothly and we were reassured that she had everything organised without us having to worry about anything and offering great value for money as well. We were particularly grateful that Rachel was able to work with Air New Zealand following the cancellation of a flight from Wellington and managed to change the flight from Sydney to Brisbane at our request with no additional charges. Will have no hesitation in approaching Rachel / Flight Centre again for our future travel needs
