John Tackie was our point of contact and from his help in arranging flights to dates we needed to booking and help with as we changed our mind to how we could add additional baggage. Kept us updated with itinerary and sending all relevant papers needed and making sure we were happy with everything nothing was too much trouble.
Catrina from the flight centre is absolutely amazing! We had a flight cancelled due to the Air Canada strikes, this was at very short notice, Catrina spent 4 hours trying to talk to Air Canada for us. She then searched for alternative flights, giving us several options and talkign with us for hours via phone and whatsapp to egt this sorted. The communication was excellent, as was the support while we were stranded in Canada. Folllowing this Catrina has supported us with claiming for a refund and compensation for the flights, as well as providing a written headed letter for our insurance company. I would not hesitate to use Flight Centre again following the above and beyond servcie that we have received. Thank you so much!
My trip to Melbourne Australia was just perfect from start to finish although we did have a 1 1/2 hour delay sat on the plane midway on departure and there was a geopolitical event happening about the Middle East. But my main concern was the no physical ticket, all online processing. Alas all issues were were unfounded snd my journey went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Flight Centre for your worldwide travel. Thanks FC!
We decided we wanted to visit china/ Japan, so I got in contact with flight centre uk St Albans. We dealt with kat and she has been excellent. We got a great price for flight accommodation . We did the great wall of China, Disney land tokyo and plenty sightseeing and shopping. I'm currently writing this review in kyoto our last leg before we go home. The accommodation and location have been perfect. I just want to thank kat heron at the flight centre for this holiday she put together. I would strongly recommend the flight centre and will be giving kat a call later this year for another holiday we have in mind. Thanks kat from the harvey family.
Had a great chat with Edward to regarding our RTW trip next year, though we started on fight the option to help with hotels and other local knowledge was welcome as some of the places we've never been to before. Will def be keeping in touch and making sure Edward give sus all the low down we need. Was well worth talking to someone rather than trying to plan it yourself online!
