Tia Fontaine looked after us at Flight Centre and did a wonderful job. Usually I book my own travel, but we were travelling with a young baby, and Tia made everything so much easier by checking that the bassinet seat was available for flights and booking it (which is much harder to do yourself). She also found flight options I wasn't able to access online at the same price. Recommend!
We had , in our opinion, a not too easy brief for our adventure and struggled to see how it could be achieved.Natalie Finch came to our rescue!! Throughout Natalie was focussed , professional and flexible enough to find an outstanding itinerary which pushed our expectations. When it actually came down to our journey everything was meticulously planned by Natalie for us with a few added bonuses Natalie’s attention to detail was exemplary and communication was always 100% We have just returned from the 4 week holiday of a lifetime Malaysia , Australia and Singapore and wouldn’t have achieved as much if we hadn’t had Natalie’s guidance.Would ALWAYS be delighted to recommend and highly likely to use again and again Thank you Flight Centre UK and especially Natalie
Iris was extremely helpful in assisting in booking our trip to South Africa, working with us to make sure we were able to visit all of the required destinations within our limited timeframe. She also managed to secure us some great deals for our accommodation, including a fantastic stay at the Hoyo Hoyo safari lodge in Kruger.
Jodie Gravett at Flight Centre has been great in organising our trip to Sri Lanka. She found us the best and most convenient deals for our flights, accommodation and our tour. She promptly and efficiently replied to all our questions. First class customer service.
Jamie our holiday coordinator was very helpful and changed our itinerary a few times to fit our budget. He got us a good deal and helped us with information about the hotel we are going to stay at and the surrounding area for sightseeing.
Rachel was amazing she planned our trip from start to finish and if we had any concerns we emailed her and she got straight back to us. We travelled to Singapore then to Australia then to Thailand . We were away for a whole month. Rachel booked all our accommodation which was spot on. Flights and transport pick ups and drop offs. And a trip the Great Barrier Reef which was amazing. A big thank you to Rachel Everett for our amazing trip for organising it all for us.
We wanted to book a holiday to Mauritius and decided to go to The Flight Centre in Richmond. Our Agent was called Iris. She was very helpful and provided all of the information we required. She showed us maps and locations and advised us on activities we could do whilst on holiday. We felt very comfortable and proceeded to book our holiday.
After searching through various airline web sites, plus others that promise cheap flights.I realised I'd spent 4 hours wading through false offerings.I had used the flight centre previously, a fews years back.I decided to make the call.I was greeted by a human who was freindly and very helpful.She then passed me to a lady called Meera.Meera, jumped straight to it and within less than a minute presented a few viable options.Meera made this effortless and o knew immediately we were in good hands.We are travelling under worrying circumstances, my sister in the usa is very ill.Again Meera was deeply sympathetic and eased us gently through each stage.Not only did we find flights much cheaper than the airlines themselves offered, we received a walk through the whole process of our flight.Paying was very simple and safe too.
