A very good service. They provide what expected. During my last trip the only negative note was the unkind attitude of the driver. Why being bossy to the customer?

HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE NOT PRACTICING…HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE NOT PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING LAWS, I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOOKED THIS BUS. THEY DID NOT EVEN DO A TEMPERATURE CHECK. THE ONLY ONE DISTANCED IS THE DRIVER.Let alone the Asian driver does not speak English.Is this the new Fung Wah bus who think they are above the law?DO NOT TAKE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT YOURSELF AT RISK OF COVID.

Couldn’t have gone worse

Una merda totale. Bus Matera - Taranto in data 14.08 non passato. Nessuna push notification riguardo ritardi. Prenotato quello dopo, booking annullato e rubati i soldi. Un disatro totale, di tedesco non avete nulla.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience.On 31 December 2019, the flixbus departed from Genoa at 16:15 toward Nice, France. But, it could not reach the destination due to a problem on the bus. After 1,5 - 2 hours, we received a message indicating that the problem can not be solved, so 'you can take a taxi and it will be reimbursed'. We took a taxi to arrive Nice from the point where the bus was broken. Then, I asked for reimbursement but there is no answer. It has been almost 2 months. They never replied.If you have second option, do not even consider Flixbus. even if you pay a bit more, it worths not to go with flixbus.booking number: #1068114402

Not going to take Flixbus anymore!!!

Not going to take Flixbus anymore!!!I take lost my bag (wallet, passport, power bank inside the bag) and I even tried to run to catch the bus. I called call centre and they said I should write lost and found form. I ask for them to contact driver for me because I worry and afraid that someone will steal my bag because it has money inside. they said 'WE DONT HAVE PERSONAL CONTACT OR INFORMATION OF DRIVERS' wt*?! so every people who don't have a job can apply to this job and get it by no need for information? f*** the quality! Imagine that something happens on that trip, so company cannot contact driver if they got accident or drive in wrong way. BAD EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO NEWYEAR

TOTALLY CARELESS

All they do is texting you a belated msg to inform about a delay. Then they don't care if you miss a plane or if you have to spend money on a taxi to get to the airport, causing stress and making your journey terribly painful.Tried to go on their website to complain but couldn't do it the proper way.Left a message to the customer service but never had any answer (they just don't give a ..)Refund apparently doesn't apply because the delay was "only" 40 minutes (I don't actually know how long it was, after 20 mins I left by car to reach the airport just in time)RUBBISH(After booking a trip from Tutin to Milan airport, 15/10/2019)

Bad experience

I travelled from London to Brussels on Christmas eve. The sun roof/window of the bus was broken and was instead covered with a plastic sheet. Plastic sheet fluttered throughout the journey causing a commotion. When one of the Co-passengers complained, the bus driver threatened to call the police.There was no air conditioning whatsoever in the bus. It was boiling inside and very uncomfortable. Good thing is that the bus started on time and reached Brussels before the scheduled arrival time.

The trip was comfortable and the bus leave on time, nothing to say about that but I mean is the minimum a bus should do. Staff was very bad, from ticket servers to the information guy (who was supposed to be between buses leaving for giving advices and information) that was inside the bus because of the rain!
