It was a wonderful experience traveling with Flixbus, comfortable, fast and punctual. Really kind and friendly staff. I bought a 2 seat ticket for my friend(husband and wife) and When they where validating their ticket, the inspector did not accept the 2 seat ticket for both of them the inspector argued that the ticket is valid only for 1 person, and he ask them that they needed to buy a new ticket for the second passenger without issuing a receipt. Now I understand Why they offer ticket a very low price, because it's very difficult to make changes on your reservation ticket, when you make mistakes changing it online will always incurs commission and or penalty, and if you make a cancellation of ticket you will get almost nothing they only issue voucher. (Practically you should not make mistake and you must be sure 100 percent to travel on the date and time you selected).for example I cancel the return ticket 34,99 I recieved a voucher of 9.95 (prenotazione (#3219937554) and they don't have 24hrs customer service.
Wrong address of the departure from Verona Porta Nuova. The flixbus departure is in via Andrea Palladio not viale Girolamo Cardinale. Luckily the bus was delayed and I manage to understand that the stop was moved. The bus stop change was not reported anyway, neither in the old stop or communicated via email.
The bus was comfortable and the driver was very good. We arrived about 40 minutes late.The bus stop area in Genova was not nice. No shelter, no seats, nothing. Difficult to find the right bus because at the main stop there is space only for three buses. That was all taken, so by bus stopped farther away. I had to run there with my luggage and I wasn't even sure if it was my bus.
So far, the worst experience I ever had! The drivers were extremely rude and without any respect for the dignity and time of passengers. They refused to help with luggage; they took a 40-minute break instead of 15 and also refused to stop for the toilet break during the 10-hour drive after the incident in the bus that prevented the use of the toilet. The whole bus was stinking because of the feces, and the drivers even left other passengers sit on the same feces. Among other things, the wifi didn't work either. Terrible experience. I usually travel with Flixbus, but after this, that will definitely change.
