Review Time
After 5 years of using the app I was logged out. Then I was told “there is no way to restore your data, and you’ll need to start from scratch”.
The health information that was stored there was crucial for my trying to get pregnant journey and now I don’t have it anymore. It’s just absolutely heartbreaking 💔
I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I cancelled my subscription during the free trial and they took £34.99 out of my account yesterday. Money that I cannot afford to part with, money for bills. I’ve email the company several times and I’m only getting through to a bot. Nobody is available to provide help or support. Avoid this company!

“The only way a user can sign up for a subscription is by tapping Continue on a screen that offers Flo Premium and confirming their consent with their password or Touch/Face ID or by subscribing at app.flo.health”.
This is a nonsense response and doesn’t address why so many people (reviews across several sites) are highlighting the same issue. This is not a fault with the women who use your app, all unwittingly pressing the wrong button! Flo need to take responsibility. Do better!

One of the only yearly subscriptions I have as the pricing is reasonable and Ive been using for years. App layout is easy to use, it also has great educational features and little tips based on your symptoms. Love the accurate tracking, and being able to track symptoms, sex drive, intercourse, acne, etc any day so I feel Ike I’m staying on top of my general health as well. Has lots of options that are so beneficial.
I signed up for a trial and I went to cancel before the charged month as I wasn’t wanting to go ahead with that and I hadn’t realised till 6 months later that I was being charged at $44nzd a month. I had cancelled this. To even log in it’s taken two days as I can’t manage my subscription via the app. I have had to reset password twice it’s been a nightmare. I have requested a refund as I had no idea my cancellation hadn’t gone through.
