Just moved to area so needed a garage for my MOT, was recommended Wiltshire tyres and they did not disappoint. Booked online, nice and easy and they called next day to confirm all booked in. Dropped off at 9.45 and 10.45 got the call to say ready to pick up. They were happy to keep car there for when I was free to pick up in lunch break. Nas who took my details was freindly, informative and made me feel valued being my 1st time here. Will def book moving forward

I booked a mobile fitting via Asda tyres for Friday 13th Feb. Having had no communication from Wiltshire tyres by 5pm the day before my appointment and needing to drive in excess of 200miles on the forthcoming Monday I was becoming concerned so put in a call. During a brief phone conversation with a staff member I was told their vehicle had broken down and at the time it was unclear if the repairs would be completed before my appointment. I was then asked if I could reschedule for the following week which obviously wasn’t suitable so I agreed to take my vehicle to their Wootten Bassett workshop as a worst case scenario. I was told I’d be contacted at 9am the next day to confirm what’s happening which frustratingly didn’t happen. The next day at 9:40am a technician arrived unannounced waking up a family member in the process. Having been explained the situation he was extremely apologetic and from what I’ve seen on doorbell footage somewhat embarrassed by the whole situation. He then proceeded to complete the works in approx 40mins and that was that. When I returned home from work later that day and inspected the works I discovered both alloy wheels have been damaged during the fitting process. Fortunately photos were taken before I left that morning showing no damage to either wheel prior to being worked on. Had I been made aware of an arrival time I could’ve challenged the technician in person. I’ve since complained to Wiltshire tyres via email about the lack of communication, damaged caused and attached photos to support my claims I’m still awaiting a response. Having read various positive reviews about Wiltshire tyres I’m assuming this is just a one of thing however I would still advise anyone who takes pride in their vehicles appearance to air on the side of caution given my experience.
Had my car MOT'ed today at Royal Wootton Bassett. Appointment time was ideal. Staff always friendly and helpful. Warm waiting room with TV. Price excellent (and loyalty discount). I go there every year and have done so for many years and have always had good service and competitive prices
I had a pothole puncture on my way from Salisbury to The Midlands - Friday afternoon 4pm - typical ! I limped to Wiltshire Tyres near Andover.What a great choice ! All the men were great Nas was a star - gave me a quote got the tyre off, fitted the new, balanced all within 39 mins if my arrival. Cannot fault Wiltshire Tyres, brilliant. Thanks to them I arrived in The Midlands on time.
I had two front tyres fitted last Friday by a mobile fitter booked via Black Circles. The car felt very different after the fitting and I initially put it down to just being new tyres. However, after driving along the dual carriageway the next day with my family in the car with the steering wheel shaking and the car feeling as though it had no traction, I took it to a petrol station airline and checked the pressures. The front nearside had 67psi and the offside had 45psi. Both should have had 35psi. The airline was not faulty as 35psi was the reading of the two rear (unchanged) tyres. I contacted both Black Circles Tyres and Wiltshire Tyres. Black Circles have responded and promised to investigate. I have heard nothing from Wiltshire Tyres.
Had my car serviced and two new front tyres at the Melksham depot, prompt, friendly, professional service was given by all. Fantastic experience and will certainly use Wiltshire tyres in the future. Highly recommend, Thank you all!

They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and generally very nice.What was being done was clearly explained to me. I was reassured that I would be contacted if any extra works were needed.
