worse than bad. I should be able to give zero stars. ordered 2 orders of flowers to go to 2 locations for mothers day. their website said delivery *might* be the day before or on mothers day. come the day after mothers day no deliveries. they said 1 order would deliver that day, 1 order would deliver in 3 days. I canceled the one that was 3 days out and gave them the benefit of the doubt for the one that was out for delivery. day after that the one that was supposed to be delivered still wasnt. Thanks for ruining mothers day!
I ordered flowers 5 days before Mother's Day. They were never delivered. The tracking says it was, but never received it. I called their 800 customer service number and sat on hold for over a half hour and gave up. They kept trying to get me to go to Website where they only have customer service FAQ's. No way to email or resolve a problem. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund from PayPal. I should have looked up reviews before getting suckered into their cheap prices.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers on May 4th, said delivery would be between the 8th and 12th which was fine, the 8th got an email saying they tried to deliver and couldn’t, on the 11th, day before Mother’s Day I get an email saying they can’t fulfill the order and cancel it! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them! Seemed like a reputable place, but they are not! Thanks for ruining mine and it looks like a lot of other peoples Mother’s Day!! Do not ever use them!
I specifically ordered roses for my elderly 96 year old mother for the 10th of May, which holds a tremendous significance to both she and myself.After multiple emails, and chats, they still have not delivered her flowers after lying that they had.The chat is scripted. Rakuten should remove this as an offer. I’m holding my breath and praying that my Mother remains alive to accept the delivery, should it actually arrive. It wasn’t cheap, and the service is worse that waiting in line at the at the amusement park in the summer.I will not trust Florists.com for future orders!
I put an order in for flowers for Mother’s Day on Tuesday before Friday. I get an email stating that they are sorry that they can’t fulfill my order even though I gave them a 5 day window to deliver the flowers whenever. And in the email, they stated it’s gonna take 30 to 45 days to refund my money when they were able to take it instantly
Horrible experience, ordered flowers, got delivery confirmation only to find out they weren't delivered. That's an internal notification per customer service for the local florist to actually deliver the flowers. What?!?! Order actually gets delivered and it looks NOTHING like what I ordered, 3 flowers and a bunch of green leaves. It's bad, like pre-k, but still love your child bad. Ask for a redelivery, never get it. Reach out and I'm ghosted. Never again
I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law's first mother's day. I picked the arrangement and ordered the "Deluxe" size. I was embarrassed with the size of the flowers. The arrangement was probably a quarter the size of the picture they showed I was ordering. I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Do not waste your money.
