Worst service ever beaware before u book from them they can spoil the whole day for u and it takes ages to get something resolved. Order a hamper for valentine's days which was supposed to be delivered by 21:00 order was placed at 10 in the morning, order never reached but the status was updated to delivered, imagine your in the hope of a gift reaching but it never does, took 2 days and over 1 and a half hour of call time to actually get a person to help, eventually the money was refunded but the special day was lost and no gift was delivered so beaware before u order from them.
One part of my order was never delivered! I should've taken the 1* reviews seriously. Here's a company that cheats and steals your time money and peace. When I followed up after few days the customer care pathetically says order was not even dispatched. Customer care replies uncommitted towards the order made on their floweraura.com website and are refusing to refund me the money back. Absolutely Pathetic!
From the comfort of my home in Australia, I ordered a bunch of beautiful yellow Gerbera to be delivered to my friend in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. I chose the delivery date and time. Checkout was easy. The next day, the flowers were delivered at the specified time, and the bunch of flowers were exactly as described in the photo. They were fresh and artfully wrapped. I'm impressed, and my friend is very happy. Thank you.
Best cake shop in Delhi, India to order fresh cake online. I have ordered cake from it's website for my friend B'day. Cake arrived within 2 hours. I got best deal on the order and packing was decent. cake was fresh and delecious, everyone love th cake.

These guys are taking customers for a ride. Previous order was delivered with cake all messed up. This time they didn't even attempt to deliver and have the audacity to say there was no one at the house and later say they called for directions but no one answered. My parents were always at home. These guys are just not attempting to deliver online orders esp if booked from abroad. Don't waste your money. We are having to dispute payment. The customer service is 3rd class .
