They did mess with complete order. It was really disgusting way to deliver . They were supposed to send hamper of chocolates instead they sent chocolates in sabji plastic bag. It was the worst service from FlowerAura and I will never recommend it to anyone
I ordered a customised bouquet worth Rs 7000 for my mother with 75 flowers to be counted for it. Firstly, the flowers that came looked beautiful at first but did not fulfill the promise that they would be fresh and last at least a few days. The roses wilted within 2 days and lilies within 4 days. Secondly, I gave the exact number of flowers to the girl Zoya, and told her to count to 75 and she counted in 11 more than that. After paying I checked and told her she had increased the flowers so I was to get 780 Rs refund. Its been one week and two times I have called in between, and got no message for them for the refund nor the refund.
The cake was delivered in such a poor condition and the greeting note was written by someone on a piece of paper. The worst is the custom service. An action should be taken for just service providers who think they can get away with anything.

Ordered to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Product was never delivered. The delivery guy called and said he would deliver but never answered the phone nor delivered. Email received stating that product was delivered but it was just lies. Horrible experience
I have been a regular customer of floweraura but this time I am really very upset with their services!!! The chocolate were delivered 5 days after the occasion so it was no use !! And inspite of writing them so many emails they denied to resolve this issue!!! Really unprofessional people !!The flowers were also all dead!!! It spoiled my valentine occasion!!!
It was the worst experience ever. I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day. The order did not get delivered, but the status of my order said it was offered—a waste of money and time. I never recommend this app to anyone. There was no way to connect with them.
Worst service ever beaware before u book from them they can spoil the whole day for u and it takes ages to get something resolved. Order a hamper for valentine's days which was supposed to be delivered by 21:00 order was placed at 10 in the morning, order never reached but the status was updated to delivered, imagine your in the hope of a gift reaching but it never does, took 2 days and over 1 and a half hour of call time to actually get a person to help, eventually the money was refunded but the special day was lost and no gift was delivered so beaware before u order from them.
