I am extremely disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery boy went to the wrong address and then started demanding extra money. When my father tried to explain, he began abusing and speaking in a very disrespectful manner. This ruined our festival day and caused unnecessary stress for the whole family. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

The worst experience ever - ordered for a vase of flowers to be delivered to someone special on their birthday but it never got delivered. Therefore, you rely on this service to make up for not being able to meet the person but it falls through. Would never recommend this service to anyone.
I have been a regular customer of floweraura but this time I am really very upset with their services!!! The chocolate cake was not delivered on the birthday occasion so it was no use !! And inspite of writing them so many emails they denied to resolve this issue!!! Really unprofessional people !! I am going to sue them for the non delivery and rude behavior of customer service. I suggest people dont use flower aura. Dont trust them. They have not refunded our 1000 rs and they are asking for additional money for delivery.
