This place is bullshit. They put me on the wrong flight. Instead of putting me on another one, they took my money and now we can’t check into our hotel. They stated they initiated a refund but not refund was started. Now they are refusing to answer the phone
Fraud! First you buy online and they call you to tell you that what you bought were standby tickets and if you want to ensure you are on the flight then you have to pay more, then when you get to the airport to get on your flight the tickets come back with fraud alert, contacted Dean back and was told that I was getting an upgrade free of charge to southwest from frontier, again the tickets came back as fraud, 3rd times a charm right? Nope straight up cancelled the tickets the moment I printed them out and had to go to the ticket counter because the names were misspelled, dean then told me I would get a full refund, never was refunded try to call them inquiring about my refund and I am told Dean is on break, Dean is unavailable, Dean is on another line etc and never receive a call back. This trip cost me over $4000 due to last minute tickets at the airport and cancellation fees for hotels and rental cars booked for this trip that was delayed due to the fake tickets. The BBB has no record of this company and the address on their website is a single family home with no connection to “flybix” at all!!! They try to use WhatsApp which is encrypted and not traceable luckily I do not use that app so I have a paper trail to be able to take legal action against them! In response to their rebuttal: when I originally “purchased” the tickets our name were spelled correctly (have email as proof) after frontier told us that there is a fraud alert on the card used to book the tickets and asked us to provide said card which was used at time of booking by the third party, Dean stated that we would get an upgrade but couldn’t get us on a flight that night, next day was on the phone with Dean when printing our boarding passes and Dean informed me that the names have been misspelled to make sure they go through this time, gave me the spelling of the names to be able to print them out, then was told that we needed to go to the counter and correct them with the correct spelling. When getting to the counter they told me the tickets had been canceled! So not only do they scam you but then when you review them they try to make it sound like it was your fault. And as far as the refund goes…. They did not refund anything I waited until February 13th to hear anything from them about the refund and after my calls were not returned and emails not responded to I disputed the transaction with my bank! Again I have emails to prove my claims! Enough proof that my bank clearly saw it was fraud and didn’t even blink an eye to refund my money!
Dean was very exceptional in his customer service I have used him twice and will be calling again for my nxt booking he was very patient with meWith all changes I was requesting prices on did not feel compelled to make me purchase thank Dean
