10000% FAKE, please don’t fall for this trap! I was supposed to travel tomorrow, but now my money’s gone. The agent’s name was “Dean” (but it doesn’t even matter because they change names every time). They’ve blocked me and are unreachable. These scammers have no idea how important this trip was for me. I trusted them and invested my time and money into their lies. PLEASE, DO NOT make the same mistake! Stay away from them!

Scam Site – Avoid at All Costs

I booked a flight with Flybix at what seemed like a great price. Shortly after, I received a call from them claiming the ticket I purchased was “no longer available” and that I needed to pay more money to secure a seat.When I refused the upsell and said I wanted to cancel, they told me I’d be charged a €20 cancellation fee even though the original ticket never existed in the first place.This is a classic bait-and-switch scam. They advertise fake prices to lure you in, then try to squeeze more money from you over the phone. Totally unprofessional and dishonest.I’ve reported them to my bank for a chargeback and strongly advise everyone to avoid Flybix. Always book directly with airlines or trusted travel agencies,don’t fall for these fake deals.

This is 100% FAKE company.On the site the ticket shows $400. You get an email saying that the ticket is not confirmed. Jerry calls and says that the ticket price is $600. After you pay the ticket cost. You get an email from Flybix that the ticket is confirmed and we will receive the ticket 1 day before the travel. You will never receive your ticket. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It is run by some asians.

My experience with flybix

My experience with flybix: It was bad and good at the same time. Good: Got a great deal online in frontier airlines. Jerry took care of my ticket. He sent the round trip tickets. Bad: unprofessional customer service. Cancelled my flight when I was asking for my ticket few hours before travel. I kept on calling asking for my ticket and refund. Then an email came asking a confirmed cancellation or refund. Called again and the customer service apologized and send me the ticket. Return ticket was also done the same way. Instead of attending my call started a chat in the chat box. Mentioned to sent me the ticket by morning of the departure. Which they did.I lack the understanding why the agents behaved in such a way. I feel the agents are not fully trained and prepared to handle situations and are unfair when dealing with customers. I read other customers statements and they too have written the same. My adult children blamed me when I did the bookings through these people and did not receive my ticket in time. I could say that it is better to check on the agents before bookings. If the customer service and promptness are improved then I would definitely recommend these agents otherwise it is a risk. It is not because they are Asian as such agents can be from any part of the world.

dean took my money and says he will refund it , but i see many say they have heard the same thing , they took my money sent it to they own bank account then cancelled my flight. the airport let me know the last 4 of the card that was used to purchase the ticket and it wasnt mine. ive made my complaint to the higher ups
