Review Time
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! It is a SCAM! I found flights for 1/4 of the price I could find on Southwest, so I called the contact number. I spoke with Dean. He told me those were standard by ticket prices and it would be risky to buy them for myself and 2 children. He went on to say they have a partnership with Southwest and a couple other airlines and can get me a deal for actual tickets. He gave me a price for half the price and I agreed. I felt as I could trust his with how kind and professional he sounded and how honest he sounded about the stand by tickets. Well I’m a fool and purchased. I saw a red flag when I didn’t get the tickets after we ended the call but figured it’s fine even if it was stand by and I saved half the price it will be fine. Sure enough he send the tickets 24 hours before the flight time at check in time. I felt relief and thought at least I’m getting my tickets. We got to the airport and when it was time to board my tickets would not scan! Southwest informed me the tickets were cancelled. I called Dean and he apologized and sounded like he was shocked and confused on what had happened. Long story short I was dumb again and believed him thinking it was a true mix up but not the same think happened again for our return flights. SCAM! I still have not been refunded unfortunately.
This is my second review of the flight from Denver to Houston. I'm somewhat dissatisfied because my flight was canceled at the last minute without notification. Furthermore, I paid for a direct flight but had to transfer in Oklahoma. I was at the airport from 4:00 a.m., and my flight didn't depart until 8:20 a.m., resulting in a four-hour wait. I expected to arrive at my destination at 10:00 a.m., but I didn't arrive until 1:30 p.m. I hope you will take this into consideration next time and provide me with a direct flight, as that's what I paid for. Thank you.
