Thank you FlyBix for helping me with my flight to DC! Dean was amazing. I was hesitant for a bit because I didn’t receive my flight information immediately but when I called back they told me it would be a few hours while it processed. Then I received it! Everything was accurate and I enjoyed my flight! I will definitely be using y’all again on my next trip!
I did not like that I had to miss my original flight due to the company not providing my boarding passes before their closing time. Also they did not have an after hours number to call. After hours of calling and calling I finally got in touch with a supervisor that was able to rebook me another flight. Also my name was misspelled on both of my boarding passes.
My experience with Flybix was globaly good, be award that the initial ticket was overbooked ticket, that the reason why the price was so attractive. One mistake done by Flybix is the 1st name of my wife has create a little strees during 1st flight but customer service was reactive. I think I will used again this company.
