Great rates and good customer service. This is my second time using this service I was able to connect with the same agent each time, and he already had some of my information stored on file which means the process even easier. My representative is Dean. I told him he was officially my new travel agent.
First of all, NOT a scam!!! I was so worried about other comments saying they are, yet I decided to take the risk.. in my case all the process went smoothly, no problem with payment, and receiving ticket flights with correct names and information went well (24-48 hours before flight) plus I confirmed them in the airline app. My only issue was communication, it was hard at first to get a response from email or calls, but later on they got in contact with me and where very detailed with the information I needed for my flight. Common from other comments, I choose one offer from the site and in the process of paying I was informed the price was a standby, and a secure option was a little more, which is a common situation, but still was a great offer! Got my tickets double less than the prices directly with airline. Like every other third party agency, you decide where to buy at your own risk, but I can confirm Flybix is in my list of not scam/would buy again.
Dean J was very helpful, he held my flight information and sent my tickets to me within 2 hrs after I spoke with him. I was able to get where I needed to go and so thankful it worked out. I’ve heard bad things about this company and I want everyone to know they’re legit and I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Both flights were seamless with zero issues, and the entire experience ended up being stress free. On top of that, the price was unbeatable, which made it even better.
